HEAVY FUEL OIL

This is the heaviest commercial fuel that is obtained from crude, it is also referred to as marine fuel or furnace oil. This secondary product is a distillate and part of the atmospheric bottom. This product is used in a furnace or boiler for the generation of heat or used in turbine for the generation of power.

NAPHTHA

This is intermediate hydrocarbon liquid stream derived from refining the crude oil. The naphtha is a mixture of many different hydrocarbon compounds. It has an initial boiling point (IBP) of about 35 °C and a final boiling.

GAS OIL

This is a group of petroleum distillation products having boiling points between kerosene and lubricating oil, being too heavy to burn in wick fed lamps and not heavy enough to make lubricating oils. It is an important constituent of lubricant.
