- License to Establish (LTE) from DPR
- Approval to Construct (ATC) from DPR
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED) from MUCME (UAE)
- Obtaining of Certificate of Occupancy
- Waterway Bathymetric studies
- Completion of Geotechnical Surveys for concrete foundation works
- International Finance Capital advisory and International Legal Team Engagement
In 2016
- Two season Environmental and Social Impact assessment (ESIA) Certificate
- Land Clearing and de-stumping and cart away of 19.92 Ha
- Sand filling and land reclamation with 2.7 million cubic meters of sand
- Land drainages, sedimentation
In 2017
- Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
- Product off-take Contract
- Training abroad of young engineers for refinery operations
- Feed stock contract
- Contractual engagement for Operations and Maintenance
Infrastructural Development; This is all the site physical construction, civil and mechanical works to developing the project
