The project execution is into a multi-dynamic sub phases, but broadly classified into; The Outside Battery Limit (OSBL) and Inside Battery Limit (ISBL).The various milestones completion are also sub classified into soft development completion and Infrastructural completion Milestone. The completion of the various phases and sub classifications are tracked according to the yearly achievements.

Milestones

The development milestone of the Outside Battery Limits(OSBL) and Inside Battery Limits(ISBL) are overlapping in several phases. The development of the project commenced with soft development, which are majorly engineering designs in later 2015 and later followed with Infrastructural development. The development of the project becomes more obvious with the Infrastructural development commencing with land acquisition and land preparation in 2016.

The land preparation for the project site was the initial front charge development this lasted for over a year. The land clearing and destumping of the 19.9 hectares was for a period of 91 days and the sand-filling and reclamation campaigns with 2.7million cubic meters of sand lasted for 9months.

Other ancillary works following the sandfilling were land drainage, consolidation and settlement for 6 months. The settlement and consolidation phase is allowed before the commencement of further civil works, this is required to improve the load bearing capacity fo the reclaimed land mass.
